Sri S N Ganguly is the founder Partner and Chairman of the NEWAGE POWER ENGINEERING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LLP. He is a complete power engineer with 37 years of experience in large Thermal units (Sub & Supercritical, Gas-fired combined cycle). After graduating in mechanical engineering from Durgapur REC, he joined NTPC and worked in various capacities during his illustrious career. He worked, as a head of the largest Power Station in the country, head of the largest Region, head of Corporate Operation Services and Corporate Affairs, etc. He has got wide range of administrative and technical expertise in Construction, O&M and other areas of Power Project and functions. He underwent Training in erstwhile CEGB, UK on operation and efficiency, IIM Bangalore, MDI Gurgaon, IIM Gaziabad, ASCI, etc on Management and Entrepreneurial skill. Sri Ganguly has been honoured with various Productivity and Meritorious Awards at National and International level.

SHRI SOVIK SRIMANY did his Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and worked in NTPC Ltd. for 35 years at various levels and retired as General Manager (Technical Services) at Eastern Region-1 Head Quarters of NTPC. During his long stint in NTPC, he worked in Project Execution involving Erection, Testing and Commissioning of various Electrical & Mechanical packages in different Super Thermal Power Projects of NTPC. He has also worked in the areas of Project Monitoring, Planning & Systems, IT, Renovation & Modernisation, Budgeting, New Projects and other Technical Services involving Thermal Plants consisting of multiple units of size up to 660MW. Post retirement from NTPC, he was engaged in consultancy work for Integrated Project Monitoring & Control for the construction of 2 x 600 MW Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant Project at Vietnam. He is also one of the founder partner/promoter as well as CEO of NEWAGE POWER ENGINEERING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LLP.

Sri, S K Lahiri, a most spirited, agile and workhorse professional, in his second innings largely contributed in giving the shape to our new venture as a founder member and become the Chief Finance Officer of NPEPS LLP. A Cost & Management Accountant by profession having a wide exposure of working at various capacities and heading the Finance & Accounts department of the largest Power Station of the country. He managed the capitalisation of large number of units during Capital Addition and Renovation & Modernisation process of a Super Thermal Power Station and also develops expertise in every field of Finance & Accounts like, Works Accounting, Stores Accounting, Sales Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation and Legal aspect. He is a Certified Assessor of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a regular faculty of Employee Development Centre in the field of Finance & Accounts. He has undergone Advance Financial Management Training at ASCI, Hyderabad
