NABA KUMAR ROY an agile self-motivated Professional, is a founder Partner of NEWAGE POWER ENGINEERING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LLP, did his B.Sc (Honours) degree & M.Sc in Chemistry. He has undergone Entrepreneurship Development Programme Course at S.I.S.I, Kolkata (Govt of India) and attended Training at reputed Institution like CFRI, IIM Indore etc for various skill development. He has worked in Metallurgical Industry,(Trans Electro Wire Industries), Food Industry (Mother Dairy,Calcutta) and  Thermal Power Industry (West Bengal State Electricity Board and NTPC LIMITED).He has worked in Power Plant Chemistry for more than 35 years at various levels, various large projects with different technology,Sub & Super Critical Unit Capacity from 35 MW to 800 MW and retired as Deputy General Manager (Chemistry), from NTPC  LARA STPP in the year 2018. During his long journey in NTPC Chemistry he worked in Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Quality Control, Trouble Shooting, Problem Solving activities of Pre Treatment Plant, DM Plant, UF - RO System, Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU), Steam  Water Chemistry, Steam Water Analyzer System (SWAS),  Cooling  Water Treatment System, Chlorination System,Effluent Treatment Plant,Sewage  Treatment Plant, Chemistry Laboratory, Oil chemistry, Coal chemistry, Environment Monitoring etc. Post retirement from NTPC, he was engaged as a Consultant, Chemistry at STEAG ENERGY SERVICES INDIA LTD.
