Shri Susanta Ghosh did his B. Tech (Mechanical) from Bengal Engg College, Shibpur, present name IIEST, Shibpur ( Indian Institute Of Engg And Science Technology ).
HE has 36 years of experience in NTPC Ltd. at various levels and retired as General Manager (FM) at Eastern Region -1 Head Quarters of NTPC.
During his tenure in NTPC he worked as follows:

• Starting from Off-Site Control Engr to Head of O&M through desk Engr/Unit Control Engr/Shift Charge Engr/ Head of Opn & Chemistry / Head of Opn, Chemistry & Civil/ Head of O&M
• 27 yrs in Singrauli up to Head of Opn &Chemistry In Operation, Commissioning in 200MW & 500MW (5*200mw & 2*500mw station including chemistry, bop & switch yard operation.
• He has also worked 1 yr as Project in Charge in Angul Dist In Odissa in NESCL (NTPC Electric Supply Corporation Ltd.) On deputation in the areas of rural electrification under RGGVY (Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vidyut Yojona)
• He has also worked 1yr 6 months as State Unit Head in Jharkhand State. (for completion of 8 dist RGGVY project in that state) in NESCL on deputation
• He has also worked 5 yrs in Kaniha as head of Opn, Chemistry & Civil (6*500mw station.
• He has also worked 1 yr 3months   as head of O&M in Darlipali (2*800mw station)
• He has also worked 3 months in Kolkata office as GM (FM) for co-ordination with Coal India Ltd and subsidiaries to ensure supply to all NTPC stations as per FSA/ Bridge Linkage.
• Post retirement he was engaged as consultants in Vedanta IPP (4*600mw station), Jharsuguda
• Post retirement he has been imparting training in engg college and various power plants.

36 years’ experience in NTPC in projects and NTPC consultancy services in various capacity. Specialized in operation and commissioning of 200/250/500 MW NTPC units and O&M consultancy for 50/110/250/300 /600 MW units of various SEBs and private organization.
Diploma in Elect. Engg in 1984, AMIE (Elect) in 1986 and Energy Auditors of BEE(India) in 2008.
Commissioning of 250 MW Bongaigaon TPS and its make-up water system (Designed and commissioned barge mounted pumps as river depth and level was very low.) Customized & commissioned CIPMS software for HPGCL and solved numbers of O&M related problems.
Retired as AGM (operation) from 3000 MW TSTPS in 2019, ready to work in anywhere in India and provide O&M service with good problem solving attitude.

Tapan Kumar Ray did has graduation in Mechanical Engineer from IIEST (formerly known as B.E. College), and postgraduation in Operations Research from IIT,Kharagpur with 34 year experience in Thermal Power Plants. He joined NTPC Ltd. as Engineering Executive Trainee in 1985. He has work experience at various levels in NTPC, and have worked in operation, Commissioning, Efficiency & Performance improvement and maintenance of 200 / 500 MW thermal power units. After retirement from NTPC Ltd he has worked as Performance Improvement and operation Consultant at Vedanta, Jharsuguda (4 X 600 MW units) power plant.

Satyavir Singh Yadav did  his Gradution in Electrical Engineering from Istitution of Engineers Kolkata.
He also have passed BOE from MP Indore  & Energy Manger Exam from NPC Chennai.
He has 38 yrs of experiences in MPEB/CSEB/CSPGL  at various levels  & retired as Executive Engineer.During his long stint he worked at various O&M deparments ,operation & commissiontg of different capacity units. He also worked in Electrical Maintenanace (Transformers ,switchyard equipment & HT/LT motos etc) including Elecrostatic precipitator electrical & mechanical maintenance.Beside these he have worked in Efficiency & quality assurance department.He have work  experience of PAT cycle-1.
Post retirement he worked in Steag Energy Services (India) as a consultant cum Faculty for a period of two & half year
