Engineering from conceptualisation to commissioning and engineering support during entire life cycle of power plant including Renovation and Modernisation (R&M). viz., Feasibility Studies, Detailed Project Report (DPR)/Design Memorandum (DM), Tendering, Detailed Engineering, Review Engineering, Erection, O&M support.

Madhukar Anand
Sh Madhukar Anand, Ex Executive Director, NTPC has an overall, 37 years of illustrious career in power sector and has rich experience and technical expertise in design, engineering, erection and commissioning of major plants and equipment in subcritical and supercritical power plants. Also, involved in research and development for energy sector. Member of Committees constituted by Central Electricity authority, Ministry of Environment and Forest & Bureau of Indian standards. Member of FICCI’s National Committee on Science & Technology/ Innovation. Instrumental in development of new and innovative technologies mainly in the areas of Efficiency and Reliability Improvement, New & Renewable Energy; Climate Change & Environmental protection which includes water conservation, Ash utilization & Waste Management .
As Chief General Manager and Head of department , Project Engineering(PE) –Mechanical where he has worked extensively in Material Handling , Piping ,Water system, FGD, Turbines, Steam Generators ,Task Force, Waste to Energy , Flexibilization , Bio Mass , Nox control, renewables etc.
Satheesh Kumar
Shri Satheesh Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer and has gained nearly forty (40) years of professional experience in the Power / Energy/Utilities sector which includes areas of Project feasibility studies, Project Development, Project Proposals Engineering, Detailed Engineering of plant, Commissioning and Plant Operation.
Satheesh has served in various leadership capacities within Power Utility companies, Engineering Consultants, Plant/Equipment Manufacturers and Turnkey Contracting organizations in the Power sector at an international level. He holds British passport and has hands on experience of working in the UK Power and Water sectors for nearly two decades,
Dinkar Devate
Shri Dinkar Devate is an Electrical Engineer with 40 years of Professional experience in Power Sector out of which 36 years with Power Sector major, NTPC Ltd., from entry level engineer to Senior Management Position. He was involved in various areas of Power Plant Engineering like Conceptualization, Feasibility, Electrical system engineering and Equipment selection, Preparation of technical specifications, tendering activities, Detailed engineering, Design and Drawing reviews. His job responsibility also included support to site during erection, commissioning, support during O&M and R&M stages of Power Stations. Worked as General Manager and was Head of the Department Project Engineering Electrical for six years.
He received Life Time Achievement Award in the area of Transformers from CPRI. He has been member of several committees constituted by MoP (Ministry of Power), BIS, CEA etc. Presently he is Chairman Electrotechnical Divisional (ETD) Committee of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) as well as Member Governing Council ETD of BIS.
Mr Kabir Dasgupta
Mr Kabir Dasgupta having more than 30 years of experience in executing Engineering of different structures of power plant ( open cycle, combined cycle and super thermal power plant): both RCC and steel structures including Main power house, coal handling plant, c w pump house, Ash dyke, levelling, drainage, etc both Indian projects and international projects.
